Charles Edward Blanks was the first child born to Ira Blanks and Mary McNeese.  "Chuck" attended school in Ruleville, MS before graduating from Eastside High School in 1963.  He then attended Columbia School of Broadcasting and Delta State University.  He provided for his family over the years as a factory worker, Radio DJ, Law Enforcement Officer, and a Salesman, to name a few.  He also served God as a Preacher, Pastor and singer.  He served as a member, pulpit preacher and Sunday School Teacher at United Missionary Baptist Church for many years.  Preaching and teaching were two of his favorite hobbies.
