Carrie Mae Phillips was the cherished daughter of Velma Carpenter and the late Billy Caesar both of Belzoni, Mississippi. She embraced Christ at a young age at Shiloh M.B. Church and later became a committed member of Trinity Outreach in Indianola, Mississippi until her untimely departure.

Whether it was her infectious laughter, her caring nature or her ability to turn any moment into a cherished memory, she was a gift to all that had the privilege of knowing her.

Carrie is preceded in death by her sister, Bobbie Jean Carpenter.  She is survived by: her mother, Velma Carpenter; her brothers, Calvin Lee Carpenter, Clifton Lee Carpenter, Timothy Fisher, Reginal Fisher and Marvin Fisher; sisters, Vera Carpenter,  Frances Fisher and  Marva Fisher.
