Carolyn Denise "Neicy" Griffin was born February 20, 1970. She was the daughter of the late Roosevelt Wright, Sr. and Shelley Griffin Wright.

Carolyn was proceeded in death by her special great aunt and uncle: Laura and Cleveland Turner, her maternal grandparents: Eddie and Eva Griffin, and three aunts: Dr. Fannie Cathey, Laura Griffin, and Essie Warren.

Carolyn confessed Christ at a young age. She was a loving, kind, and compassionate person who was always helpful.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories; a loving son: Timothy Griffin (Greenville, MS); a granddaughter: Makiah Bedford (Nashville, TN); three sisters: Irnez Wilson, Danielle Wilson, and Tanya Wilson (Joplin, MO); three brothers: Ralph Robinson (Joplin, MO), Roosevelt Wright, Jr. and Dale Wright ( Compton, CA); five aunts: Patricia Parrott  (Memphis, TN), Linda Wheatley (Plano, TX), Susan Smith (Greenville, MS), Ollie W. Tolliver ( Hampton, VA) , and Charity Wright (Greenville, MS); four uncles: Eddie Griffin, Jr. (Seattle, WA), Johnny Griffin (Greenville, MS), Ermon Wright and Charles Wright (Lamont, MS); her fiancé: Andra Miles (Greenville, MS); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members and close friends.
