Born to the late Wash Williams, Jr. & Theresa Jackson-Williams on June 17, 1949 in the Dry Bayou Mississippi Community. Bobby accepted Christ at an early age. Eventually, she learned the true plan of salvation. Bobbie was united in Holy Matrimony to C.W. Fortney on January 7, 1966. Bobbie also had a Significant Companion James Lewis who preceded her in death. Bobbie is the mother of four children. Bobbie received her GED in 1970 and she attended Coahoma Community College. She worked at the Rosedale Headstart Center for 36 years and retired in 2008.
