Bessie Webb began her life on June 28, 1955 in Cleveland, MS to the late Effie and Cary Webb, Sr.  Bessie attended Nailor Elementary School in Cleveland, MS.  Bessie was a member of the New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Cleveland, MS.   Bessie loved to cook Sunday dinners.  She was a loving mother, sister and friend.

Preceding her in death: her father, Cary Webb, Sr., her mother, Effie Webb, her daughter, Crystal Webb, her son, Derrick Webb; sisters, Rosie Cotton, Leola Burelson; brothers, Wilson Webb, Humbert Webb and Milton Webb.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, James Webb of Pacific, Washington, Terrence Webb (Alexandria) of Marks, MS; sone daughter, Shelia Webb (Tyson) of Cleveland, MS; two sisters, Mamie Robinson and Georgia Alexander (Eugene), both of Cleveland, MS; two brothers:  Willie Promise (Christine) of Stockton, CA and Cary Webb, Jr. of Lake Butler, FL; ten grandchildren and one great granddaughter.  She leaves to cherish one aunt, Elise Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
