A Time to Confess - Arthur confessed his love for Christ at a very early age under the leadership of the late Rev. E.P. Powell. A Time to be Educated - Arthur was educated in the Western Line School District at O'Bannon High School. A Time to Die - Arthur answered the Master's call on Monday, July 8, 2013, joining those who have preceded him in death, his parents, Arthur & Ruby Howard, his oldest sister, Lacey B. Lyons, and his youngest brother, Deres Lee Howard.
