Anthony Rydell Lewis was born July 14, 1963 in Beulah, Mississippi to the late Ocie and Lucy Shelly. He confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Beulah Community Church under the leadership of Rev. Brown and later United Gospel Temple Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Wilbert Reddics. Anthony Lewis or "Amp" as some called him departed this life on August 4, 2011 at his residence in Rosedale, Mississippi.
