Andrew White, Jr. was born November 27, 1950 to the late Andrew White, Sr. and Lonia Mae Clark White of Mound Bayou, MS. He departed this life on March 28, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his son, Andrew White III and (5) sisters: Mary White Mattison, Ruby White-Jackson, Elizabeth White-Sanders, Doris White-Crawford, and Aldora White-Johnson and a very close friend, John Wayne Coleman.

Andrew White, Jr. attended John F. Kennedy High School and he continued his education at Mississippi Valley State University. Andrew White, Jr. started his career with White's Trucking in 1986 and his career ended when his health began to fail in 2007.

During his childhood he was a faithful member of the Church of God in Christ and Holiness of Drew, MS. He later gave his life to Christ and rejoined church under his pastor, Pastor David Sayles who is now the pastor of A New Beginning Ministries Church of the Greater MS Delta where he remained a member until the Lord called him home.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His wife of 47 years, Christine James- White, his (5) children: Dexter James, Octavia Wess, LaShonda (Sedric) Walker, Paulette Jones all of Mound Bayou , MS; Antonio (LaKisha) White of Greenville, MS; God Children, Jori Seaberry and Lenard (Annet) Coleman of Mound Bayou, MS.

He also leaves to cherish his memories (7) Sisters: Alberta Doyle of Itta Bena, MS; Treyola White-Terry of Gardena, CA; Annie White- Campbell of Flint, MI; Iola White- Freeman of Milan, MI; ida White of University Park, IL; (1) brother: Johnny White of Mound Bayou, MS; (1) God Brother: Madison Palmer, Jr. of Spokane, WA; (1) aunt; Mattie Lou Clark- Fields of Columbus, MS; (33) grandchildren, (1) great-grand children, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
