Alma L. Dunn "Tiny" was born on July 17, 1949 in Blaine, Ms, to her parents, Albert Dunn and Artletha Dunn. She married Giles Tripplett in 1979. Alma established her life in Sunflower, MS where she maintained an extensive career as a domestic essential worker. She became a member of Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church on September 14, 2000. She retired in early 2020 and dedicated her remaining time to her children and grandchildren.

Ms. Dunn was a loving,caring, and helpful person. She is best remembered by her soft-spoken voice, kind heart, and outgoing personality.

Ms. Dunn is survived by her daughter, Linda Short of Lancaster, PA, her sons, Robert Short, Jr of Pittsburgh, PA ; Samuel Henley of Lancaster, PA; Lester Wade of Atlanta, GA. and Fredrick Drake of Lancaster, PA; her brother, Elbert Mays (Mildred Mays) of Drew, MS; one sister, Jennifer Dunn of Lancaster, PA; 12 grandchildren Travis Short, Anthony Myrick, Jr, Ashely Myrick, Gabrielle Slusser, and Chayla Slusser; 2 great-grandchildren Jasir winder and Travis Short, Jr, and a host of nieces and nephews. She id preceded in death by her parents and 5 siblings.
